All standard listed products supplied by Karl W. Richter Inc. are fully guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s), in the original packaging within 10 days for a full refund or exchange. For any nonstandard or special order items, guarantee is limited to the manufacturer's warranty.

Terms of Sale
Our standard terms of sale are NET 30 days. Our credit terms are extended upon approved credit and only to those who maintain terms. Karl W. Richter Inc. reserves the right to withhold or change terms at any time.

Minimum Order
Our minimum order is $30.00.

Delivery
Standard deliveries are FOB our facility.

Back Orders
Back orders remain open until product becomes available, unless otherwise requested by our customers. Shipping costs for back orders for all Ontario accounts are prepaid.

Damage Claims
Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Returns
All returns must be authorized by Karl W. Richter Inc. and accompanied with a return number. Returns must be shipped prepaid. In the event the return is due to our error, we will arrange to have the product picked up at your facility. Product that is marked, modified or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted. All returns must be presented in the original packaging.
